Ask your doctor for Dicoflex, Its what i use for my knee. I played rugby for years and i get no end of grief with my left knee. Its constantly inflamed and they are the best anti-inflammation pills going.
It gets that bad that sometimes i can't even move my leg...seriously. Like my joints are swollen. Thats what it could be.
