SONY PSP a connection error has occurred. (80110482)

I have my psp setup to go online through my router which i also use for my lap top. my lap top is online right now. And my psp gets a signal from my router, but when I try to go online anyway on my psp after about 20 seconds of waiting on a screen that says

Connecting please wait...

i get this

A connection error has occurred.
(80110482)


whats my problem?


Also there are alot of problems that i dont have that alot of people have, such as broken pixels, and broken lights.
