Cheap DVD Player

I'm looking for a cheapish DVD player for an xmas present, with multi region.

Just wondering if anyone knew of any

PS: cheap is about 40-60 I know its difficult, but im on a budget heh

Get yourself down to your local big Tesco's or Asda store. They're bound to have players in that price bracket, but they ain't gonna be multiregion from those places. you'll struggle to find a multi region player from anywhere at those prices too.

Saying that, most cheap as chips players can be made multi region out of the box (proper contradicting myself there, ain't I? ). Usually a simple sequence of button presses on the remote unlocks any region you may require. It's all down to saving on manufacturing costs see? It's cheaper to make one set of hardware for all regions and have a simple bit of software to lock in a certain region.

The Cyberhome dvd player selling in WHSmiths is very good, ?50, and has an easy remote hack to make it multi region, well recommended
