Best Ridge Racer ever?

As blasphemous as it may seem it has to be the PSP version for me as I put the most time into it and it was an all together amazing experience for a handheld and a pretty perfect game. Which one would you say takes the lead and sits in the number 1 slot for you?

My favourite version was definitely the one they did for the N-Gage. The black metal soundtrack was an unexpected, but welcome, diversion.

Overall time spent and enjoyment: PSP.
Current day favourite: RR4. Looking forward to seeing this on my BVM.

After 4 is rinsed I'll give Rage another shot. I remember it being dull and quickly moved on when it was new.
