Been a while since I've been on this forum. Clearing out the loft.

Bought from a fellow member here.

Console version: SCPH-30001
Chip: Infinty v1.39

Comes supplied with:
1x controller
1x 8MB memory card
1x 32MB memory card
1x composite cable
1x 3rd party component cable
1x US power cable (requires a step down transformer to use).

Tested and working. No original box, but will wrap up securely.
