I have a game cube, wii and wiiu.
The wiiu plays wii games better on my setup than the wii does and the wii plays game cube games better than the cube. So I'm in a situation where I'll be using a wiiu to play wii games and a Wii to play cube games and a cube doing nothing and it feels wrong lol.

If you put on your pirate hat you can run Cube games on a Wii U also.

Just a GameCube for me personally, Wii and Wii U are too stringy. lol

You can use the GC Wii U 4 port adaptor with GC games via homebrew Inc wavebird controllers.

Yeah. The only drawback with playing GC games on a Wii U is that you can't play directly from the disc. If you don't mind that though it could be a decent solution.

I've read you can even connect that adaptor to a Switch now, for whatever games support it.

Wii U with CFW is a really, really good machine due to the front end ISO loaders and how you can access a good few generations of Nintendo on one machine with the proper controllers.
