OK the demo for the PS3 came out today for PS+ members, and anybody with a Vita. So its a Super Smash Bros clone that for sure. But is it any good? Well yes ( and Joe Musashi your totally wrong about it ). So theres 6 characters in the PB, Kratos, Radec, Sly, Sweet Tooth, Fat Princess, & Pararapa. There is 2 levels in the PB , Hydes from GoW , and a Rachet & Clank level, and here's where the PB shines , the level design is off the wall and theres so much going on, platforms morph in and out and there a huge Hydra which tries and does attack you in the Hydes level. You have 3 basic attacks, square, triangle, circle , each do a different attack, and all look great, i played Kratos the most so his attacks are his chain blades ( square ), large pike ( triangle ) & fire bow ( circle ) , all the while your trying to boost your special meter, it has 3 levels, 1, 2 & 3 , first two do great damage but its the third where your character morphs and you watch a sweet FMV before gong on an @$$ stomping quests, killing everybody. The games i played singly and with a friend ( as a team ) where mostly lag free, just the odd time a few enemies weren't on screen, guess its a bug or something. I wasn't really taking much notice of this, but this has spiked my interest.

Browser I think, its in dire need of an update. Shame that update will be part of PS4 :/

Got this downloaded but not tried yet, my concerns ahead of playing are that so far this has looked quite muted in colour compared to Smash Bros and the franchises don't gel well. Needs to be more than a clone

Looked for this on the Vita store last night but couldn't see it......may have been the choice of liquid refreshment of course

Did see the Monkey Ball demo though, and that looks like a return to form for the series after the 3DS disaster

Definitely prefer the PS3 to Vita version but I suppose you can't complain when you get both for the price of one on release.

It feels a little light in terms of controls but looks very nice. I love how the levels change during a fight.

Good to hear positive comments on this, got it pre ordered for PS3 pretty much soley because of the cross play offer. Really looking forward to this now. Some great games due on Vita in next few weeks, happy days

Yeah I played a lot with the beta and its good. Kratos, Sly Racoon and Sweettooth seem to have better options than the others 3.

And Level 2 Super from Parappa seem better than the level 3 because it can do more kills. Parappa Level 3 Super takes too much time to launch. The cinematic is too long.
