Boxed and complete with manuals, charger etc, there is a small nick to the silver paint on the bezel (see pic) otherwise everything else is in excellent condition.

No mate, to be honest it's just left in the house so I've never bothered with a screen protector for it, I think it uses Gorilla Glass anyway so it's tough wearing.

Yes mate I can do RMSD if you want, other than the nick on the side it's in excellent condition, I hate to describe things as mint though if it's used but I couldn't see any other marks on it.
