Announced by Marvelous AQL in the pre-TGS Sony conference. So far no art or screenshots have been released but the game is scheduled for the end of February 2013 with a price of 6980yen.

So...we move from seeing 3D boobies to touching them?

Marvelous confirmed a deluxe pack with figures of the girls from Hanzo Academy, and the usual artbook+CD combo. The standard game was already pricey at almost 7000 yen, the deluxe pack will be 10810yen.

The first screens have been published, and it seems this Vita version is not a scrolling beat'em'up but a 3D brawler akin to Dinasty Warriors with a touch of multiplayer.
