As per thread title, XRGB-3 by Micomsoft up for sale.
The unit is in perfect working order with box, manuals, software, power adapter (110v) and remote (including two AAA batteries); the unit has been flashed with the latest English firmware available (v2.12); it does not come with a Component to D-Terminal adapter.
