    Sega Heritage Collection (PSN/XBLA/Steam)

Despite the name of the trailer, the games will be entirely standalone. Jet Set Radio we knew about, but Nights and Sonic Adventure 2 were completely above my radar. Looks like they're getting the proper widescreen treatment, great to see after the lazy Dreamcast ports we've seen before.

A curious thing, it appears that the sprite-based objects in Nights have been replaced with polygon objects, probably because of the higher rendering resolution. A nice touch. No idea if Sonic Adventure 2 contains the extras from the Gamecube version, however.

If Sega had sense, they'd release a Christmas Nights DLC sometime around December :P

    Yay, games I've already played!

Never played Sonic Adventure 2 properly so will go for that as I enjoyed the first one. Not sure about the others though yet. Would love to see a re-release of Burning Rangers with updated controls, solid frame rate and everything not flickering and warping like crazy.

'Play them again for the first time'

    Oh dear.

Still they look nice and Nights actually appealed to me.

Jet Set Radio is coming to Vita. I wonder if that means there's a chance Nights will too...?

That did occur to me actually, I hope all three will be Vita-bound.

On a personal level, myself and a friend have been waiting for about 10 years for Sonic Adventure 2 to be released on the PC, hard to believe that the day is nearly here.

Psyched about NiGHTS, I was already psyched about JSR. Here's hoping they get cross-buy too. Doubt it though...

Every single time I see something like this from Sega, I want to cry a little about them destroying the Panzer Dragoon Saga source code. (according to an interview with the team in GamesTM, it was intentionally wiped by someone in upper management who was having a feud with them)

Sega went from being one of the worst developers to butcher their back catalogue to being one of the finest.

I thought Daytona USA might be a one off port but it seems like they’re now treating all their games with the respect they richly deserve. Jet Radio is a personal favourite of mine and it’s one of the Dreamcast’s finest games, can’t wait to play that with a movable camera and in HD.
