Battery life is still pretty pants. Just clapped out on me in the midst of a boos fight in Kingdom Hearts. Damn you 3DS!

I clocked 4 1/2 hrs with wifi off and display on 5 with power save mode on,so I've dropped it down to 3 now to see how it goes with these settings

Gots me a red XL & I love it - so much more comfortable to hold than the regular 3DS & the screens are lovely. Now bring on NSMB2

Hi all

I am tempted to pick a unit up this week, however a little unsure about transferring my ambassador data over and saves of all my 3ds games.

I am away from home, and won't be back till quite some time. I didn't bring my 3ds with me, so its at home. Im thinking of getting a 3ds LL with Kid Icarus.
If I purchased a 3ds LL with a game, can I transfer my content over at a later date? Im not sure if i need to get all data transferred over before I start any playthroughs of new games.

Could somebody explain in steps how to transfer over all content from my 3ds including ambassador stuff?
Has any ambassador stuff that was initially released, been taken off the Estore? Im not too fussed about my save games with any of the ambassador content, as it would be fun to play through it all again.

How do DS games look on the 3ds LL. I have never owned a DS LL so, so this will be a new experience.

I think it just affects download games and DLC, saves on 3DS carts won't be affected although things like your Mario Kart 7 online-ness are connected to your profile which would need to be transferred.

I'm in a similar boat soon as I've just ordered a silver JPN LL for MH3G mainly, yet don't want to have to transfer my system from my regular 3DS to keep my save. Fire Emblem DLC will all be part of my 3DS profile that won't be transferred so that can't be played on the new system.

Still very exciting.
