I'm massively interested in meeting forumites but I'll be in the UK two weeks before May 1st and I can't afford to go there twice in such a short time...it was the BlazBlue event in March and the possible meetup in May; just my luck when planning trips.

How long is this meetup to last, a night? Other gaming communities I have been involved have rented locations for a weekend, and it stays open for shenanigans 24/7, letting people come and go as they like.
