Tesco have got the stand-alone versions of Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero 2 and Guitar Hero Rocks the 80s for PS2 on 2 for ?30 in store. AFAIK this is only at the 'Extra' stores, those being the bigger ones that sell household / electricals etc. Individually they cost between ?19 and ?25.
Unfortunately only this offer doesn't seem to be on their website.
However, they do have Guitar Hero 3 bundles and stand-alonge guitar controllers for all consoles with a tenner off and free delivery.
