Ghost Recon Friends List (Xbox L!VE)

I can seem to be able to use the friends list within Ghost Recon. Thus I can't meet up with friends in GR, I can't send friend requests or anything.

Could someone tell me the ins and outs of using the friends list in GR. BTW I do know that you have to press start then enter the online options.

And isn't there supposed to be an option to run an opti-match search with your friends only?

Help would be appreciated.

If you know about the start => online options bit then you're nearly there.
You have to press up on the pad to highlight 'Friends' then the list appears.

Dunno about setting up opti-matches as I haven't unlocked enough to host properly yet.
