Newbie, Step Down advice

Hey all,

I'm a newbie and i've just bought a Jap 3do, what i was wondering is, is it safe to use a 230-110v converter on this, as jap consoles are suppose to run at 100v, but i can't seem to readily find 100v converters, i've used a 110v converter on my jap saturn and nothing seems to have gone wrong with it, any advice would be appreciated

110v is fine for 100v devices.
